Pros
It's easy to move up in the company. Corporate is really nice and always puts employees first. A really great company to work for if you're under the right store manager.
Cons
Regional managers didn't listen to part-time employees regarding problems in the store. Also, as part-time workers, we were forced to work everyday of the week for only 3-4 hours a day instead of having days off and longer work hours. Manager wouldn't work around school schedule.
