Never feeling appreciated is a difficult environment to work in. Every shift you are being asked to improve and change; you are literally coached to the point of exhaustion. You never feel as though you are doing well in your position. The management staff is a cliche. If they don't like you there is no future for you at this company. They are fake and will push you out.
