Pros
I love working in retail and I love the focus this company puts on making relationships with their customers. You really get to make connections and make a difference in "Liv's" life. Another perk is the 40% discount and additional 20% on sale. Once a quarter you get 60% off.
Cons
There isn't much of a reason to be a good seller. The hours sucked for part time even in a management spot. The management was relaxed, but almost too relaxed.
