Pros
When I worked for Maurices they were focused on creating a great environment for customers and employees alike. They also gave people the tools, training and motivation they needed to succeed. They reimbursed much of my pre-reqs for nursing and got me hooked on their fashion. Wish the culture at my hospital was anything close to Maurices'.
Cons
Having to sell a credit card, I know it builds business, but it hurts my conscience!
