At my location, I was overloaded with work that full time managers didn't want to do for little pay. Full time managers never worked evening shifts and always made part-time managers work the evenings even on weekends. Little room for improvement. Not a lot of weekends off. Not great work-life balance. Clothes can still be expensive with discount. My last fiscal year I worked there, company was doing well enough to give raises to employees that work at store level, but gave them to those that work in corporate.
