Pros
The other workers were the best part 40% discount with occasional extra 20% It was fun to help people who truly wanted style advice
Cons
Training is inconsistent and they don’t care about if you are ready for what they’re asking you. I worked twice before they had me open and close and run the store by myself. I didn’t feel ready. Almost cultish with how they handle customers referring to all of them as “Liv”. My store leader would say “That mannequin is horrendous. Liv wouldn’t want that.” So weird. Almost impossible to get shifts covered and say goodbye to weekends. Evenings will be scheduled until 8:15 but you never get out on time. They focus way too much on credit card sign ups. Have to greet the customer within thirty seconds and make small talk until you either annoy them into leaving or are trapped in awkward conversation.
