Sales Associates steal sales. If the sale isn't "stat" worthy they put it under your name. LOTS of gossiping! Other employees talk down on you. Pressure to sell the MCC. Pressure to keep stats UP ALL THE TIME. EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT! Management thinks they KNOW EVERYTHING!
