Pros
The company has amazing culture. They do fun incentives to do your job better while having fun while you work. Clothing discount of course is awesome. Customer base for the most part are a lot of fun.
Cons
Not enough store hours given to complete tasks they want done. Retail of course, especially in management you lose the work life balance through the holidays. The DM's are a little micromanaging to the stores and dont visit often. They also dont take the time to put a headset on and work your floor with you. They give expectations with out realizing the nature of each store is different with different clientele to consider. No store is run cookie cutter, if they would put a headset on and work with the crew they could give relevant feedback to the team.
