Merchandisers are actually buyers .... I came from background where my merchandisers from my previous job was 33 minority who had a masters in economics from Wharton ... HR is complicit has extensive documentation of employment discontent . It was such a shock to be here in there Duluth headquarters with such an antiquated management. Beware if they contact you to relocate to Duluth.. The moving cost will be added to your income, your taxes will be misshandled,. After Maurices has burnt you out ... you will be stuck in this quaint post industrial town that at best offer minimum paying jobs.
