Pros
Close knit employee atmosphere. Managers are flexible and strive to facilitate a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Associates are encouraged to achieve sales goals, but are much more realistic and attainable compared to other retail companies. There is also a lack of fake "sell-sell-sell" pressure, but rather creates a real service-oriented sales team that makes associates actually want to help customers, not just reach goals.
Cons
Having sales goals always has some sort of pressure, but that's expected in any retail job. Starting off, associates will generally make minimum wage and have a few small opportunities for a raise.
