offers very good employee discount, fun contests throughout the year, special discounts given on holidays, clothes are always very fun and on trend.
Cons
job is based on sales so if store sales are down you can lose your job, hard to have life outside of work, pressure to always buy the newest styles even when financially difficult, disorganized way of handling shipments, expected to do MBA program even if you are a student with college priorities, expected to stay after hrs for weekly sometimes biweekly sale changes, expected to stay 2-3 hrs after scheduled time when DM are in the store,
