Great co-workers, fantastic company values. With the right team, it was fantastic.
Cons
Management had zero communication. I would be scheduled even when I specifically requested a day off (family/school event) when no one else requested it. I felt like I was given the short straw when it came to working hours. I was an assistant manager for a minute before I quit, and was definitely taken advantage of by my store manager and the assistant.
