      Good pay, great benefits, great discounts.

      Cons

      You carry a lot of responsibility! It doesn't matter what level of management you are, you are held responsible for all employees and all operations in the store. The goals are beyond and you can't ever get everything done.

      AMAZING team and encouraging, helpful supervisors. Helped me in every aspect of life, even outside work. Definitely made connections for life.

      Cons

      Retail hours: holidays, evenings, and weekends. Lower than average pay, and benefits are not the best.
