Pros
It was fun to work here, lots of opportunities for training if you want to work for it; lots of community service opportunities; and great employee discounts. If you like helping people and like selling there are opportunities to earn points to win things; i only worked there for about 4 months so i didn't get to build up too many points to turn in for fun things, but I still carry around my coffee mug and water cup i earned with points from meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Cons
it's a retail job; you will have to work most holidays; there is a lot of turn over but that's to be expected in such a job- You have to sale clothes and the credit card- which, if you are good at doing can mean bonuses for you, if that isn't your thing then they will drop your hours quickly if you don't meet sales and card sign up goals-I
