Cons

Way too many managers compared to sales associates. Managers expect way too much, expect you to do work that isn't realistic/you don't have time for. You get in trouble for tasking and trying to clean yet pressured to be 100% customer focused, and you get in trouble for the store being messy at the end of the night because you were customer focused. It's a lose lose situation no matter what, either way you are wrong. The schedule was made by favorites, if they didn't like you that week you'd get 0 hours. They are constantly hiring more people, yet they complain about going over payroll and hours, when they could just give the people that had 0 hours, more hours instead of hiring on more. Overall just bad relationship between managers and sales associates.

Pros

AMAZING team and encouraging, helpful supervisors. Helped me in every aspect of life, even outside work. Definitely made connections for life.

Cons

Retail hours: holidays, evenings, and weekends. Lower than average pay, and benefits are not the best.

Pros

I work with a great group of girls that really care about the people they work with each day.

Cons

DL is very micro managing and no one does anything because she's been with the company for years. They play favorites in the district and say they want to support you in a project but they really want to control it and have you do it their way but they aren't there for the execution of it. They control when and how often you can use your PTO and believe that you have to eat sleep and breath maurices even in your days off. Its absolutely draining. There are some good DLs but there are some that are just narcissistic. And there is no way to provide the feedback of what you are dealing with because you are dismissed, told that she knows what she's talking about because of the years under her belt and then when the plan fails that wasn't your plan to begin with, you get blamed. Its unfair and I feel trapped.
