Pros
Intensive and helpful SM training. Deep insights into industry and great training model and system. Honestly best I've seen across multiple brands.
Cons
Typical retail, wants you to buy their stuff, wear it, and doesn't pay enough to do so. Of course there are discounts but for what retail pays and what the job is, it's understandably not everyone's cup of tea.
