Pros
I was at maurices for just shy of 10 years and experienced so much growth within that time. I had great leaders and mentors and I felt like they truly cared about what the store teams had to say.
Cons
It's retail. Long hours, sales could be up or down. My store ended up closing for reasons outside my control.
