They do not micromanage, but keep you in compliance with regulations. Great people. Open to suggestions to improve patient care.

Cons

You must negotiate your salary. Bonuses are not based on hard work alone. As the nature of large corporations, things can move slowly.

Everyone works together, My team is amazing

In the beginning I had a rough start but then after while things got better. MY mangers did well with handling the situation at hand.
