      Dedicated,competent staff and a nice, working environment.Schedules can be flexible. Small community hospital that was just bought by Medstar .

      Cons

      Nursing has no voice in changes,big disconnect between the administration and the workers. Cafeteria closed on weekends for dinner to"better serve our patients and staff".
