Pros
The establishment consciously attempts to improve on all aspects of the employee's experience. Managers are almost all from clinical backgrounds, there is less of a disconnect in-between management and associate. A great place to start a career, lots of learning potentials.
Cons
Management is slow to react to changes in the job market. Management is purely reactive and not proactive; no emphasis on retention.
