      Pros

      nice benefits, vacation and time off is better than a lot of places I have worked and the people are nice

      Cons

      Most VPs do not seem to generally care about their employees... overpaid.. I can only speak about the hospital in Leonardtown.. not sure about the other hospitals.

      In the beginning I had a rough start but then after while things got better. MY mangers did well with handling the situation at hand.
