Pros
After two years you get six weeks of PTO with the ability to keep eight weeks accumulated. This is the best benefit to working for MedStar Health.
Cons
No room for advancement - or at least in Shared Services Dept. Yearly reviews are more out of routine rather than reflection or improvement. Everyone is in one pot and the annual increase is 1.25%.
