Pros
It's a good place for you to start your career, especially if you are at all interested in healthcare. You definitely get to work on communication skills (both verbal and written) in this role.
Cons
Extremely poor management - from incompetence to rudeness and abrasiveness, it was literally the worst experience. Micromanagement was definitely a thing, to the point where the quotas mattered more than the people. This resulted in pretty poor employee morale overall. Massive turnover - while the people that I eventually ended up working with were perfectly nice co-workers, it didn't change the fact that the turnover rate disrupted our processes. Lack of change - What needed to be adjusted was looked at once and never changed. Changes that were made were arbitrary and did nothing to increase efficiency.
