      Pros

      Great organizational structure, and support services structure. IT is great, they have great trainers.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible for this region. The Administrators and Managers make far less comparable to other systems in the area and then they expect you to work far harder. No access to email and other systems which require you to stay longer hours. No consideration for work/life balance.

      it is enjoyment to be part of team that works together to provide good patient care, also, Medstar works for best high standards support the emplyee to succeed

      adjusting at the beginning has needed a lot of work

      In the beginning I had a rough start but then after while things got better. MY mangers did well with handling the situation at hand.
