Fairly easy work (tough on joints at times) Relatively flexible schedule for PRN/Part Time employees
Cons
The suggestion of picking up some extra shifts if needed is a wish to give up all free time and only be left with the idea of sleep. Management refuses to talk to employees about issues and instead focuses on finding solutions to problems that don't exist. Most solutions put in place are just to say that something was done to address the problem. "Fixing the problem" is more often than not trying to find who to blame instead of properly addressing the root cause of the problem. Cliques formed have an "us vs the world" mentality.
