Pros
It's a big place with lots of patient volume so you get to work on cutting-edge studies in your area. Benefits package is great except for educational assistance. HR department is really helpful and engaged with employees. Regular town hall meetings and opportunities to engage with senior leadership. Active organizational wellness committee with health improvement initiatives for employees.
Cons
It's a big system so you sometimes feel like a cog in a machine. Research study billing process is cumbersome and error-prone. VERY strong emphasis on study enrollment as measure of coordinator performance. Tuition assistance is disappointingly low.
