Pros
ALL workers received FREE COFFEE. Most of the time the food was really good. THANKS for that due to the fact you had nothing else good to look forward to.
Cons
Small town hospital, with small minded thinking (needs to get their head out of the sand). Management needs to PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH. Ratio of UPPER MANAGEMENT to WORKERS is a joke. Management NEVER helping if needed on the floor for proper patient care-always an excuse. BULLYING is a tactic management uses often while HR turns a blind eye to this common practice.
