Horrible company! - Anonymous Medica (MA) Employee Review

Blatant nepotism, president in 80s should have retired years ago. He is unwilling to delegate any authority to his managers, some of whom are quite good, but not allowed to function to their abilities. He is also capricious, inconsistent and plays favorites. Management style is antagonistic rather than collaborative. His way or the highway. Unwilling to listen to, let alone consider, alternate perspectives. He knows it all! Way too much money is invested in R&D with no return in terms of new product. Very toxic work environment.
