Pros
-My coworkers are great - great department to be in in terms of friendly and familial employees -Constant overtime and bonus opportunities are nice -They really make you feel appreciated when you've done a good job - hard work is recognized and rewarded, even by the CEO -The amount of breaks throughout the day is good -Location and office space in general is high quality -All supervisors are generally approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable, and for the most part don't talk down to you
Cons
-Like any customer service job, sometimes the calls aren't fun - some irate customer calls are a guarantee -There is a fair amount of having to cover for mistakes/intentional misinformation done by other departments within the company -A couple of minorly shady business practices that aren't fully explained even to employees, so when customers pick up on it having to explain it to them is challenging and feels dishonest -Sometimes feels understaffed on weekends
