Pros

Superior onboarding and training. As a commissioned Sales Rep you can make 100K per year. You are surrounded by positive management and co-workers. From CEO down, employees are supported and encouraged. Call center atmosphere is surprisingly up-beat and full of energy. Not a boiler room. Company is constantly adding new devices and growth is guaranteed. Offices are clean and bright.

Cons

Initial paid training until full commission is one week. You need a strong mind set to dive in and swim to the deep end of incoming leads.

Pros

I joined Medical Guardian after spending 17 years with the same company, so starting over in a new role was both exciting and a little intimidating. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I've made. From day one, the support I received has been exceptional. The onboarding process was smooth, leadership is approachable and accessible, and there is a genuine culture of collaboration. In my many years in the workforce, I can honestly say I've never worked with a more supportive group of people. Everyone is willing to help, share knowledge, and work together. It's an environment where employees are respected, valued, and encouraged to grow. Most importantly, I enjoy coming to work each day and feel proud of the impact we're making. I don't typically write reviews, so when I do, it's because I stand behind what I'm saying. If you're looking for a company that is inclusive, supportive, mission-driven, and genuinely values its employees, Medical Guardian is a wonderful place to build a career.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons in my time here.

Pros

Break room was pretty well stocked when I was employed there.

Cons

Very stressful environment. Lack of training for all positions which was then further compounded upon by the implementation of a new system which backed up the workload by 2 weeks and management made the mandatory overtime call even though the system still wasn't running well most of the workday. Employees blamed for the issues of the new system by the warehouse manager and we were regularly told that messages had to through 4 people before any issues were addressed by the onsite IT team that was actively working to iron out issues. The quickest fixes were implemented when IT came out of the conference room to ask us directly what the problems were yet management wanted everyone to go through them even though it led to a massive waste of time.
