Pros
You are offered full time right off the bat. You get get a start probationary pay of $1200 then after that you are all commission but you get 3 months to feel it out. Most straightforward chill lean back call center to work at. First time in all of the jobs I worked seeing everyone happy and full of energy when you walk in. Much opportunity for growth here and everyday is a new day. Your savings lives and making much money. Even the bare minimum is getting you livable income. You get paid for the work YOU provide. If you a go getter this is definitely the job for you. I been here for almost 3 months and I seen so much money that I can’t even fathom and once my probation is over I’m going to exceed those caps even further. Oh yeah the management team is great right along with the higher ups. They coach you all the way and answer all questions you have. Very straight forward and honest with you. Patient too. Patience is key in sales especially when you are dealing in the medical alert industry but they teach you that patience and a little bit of aggression wins them over. I didn’t believe that but it does. HR,Marketing and Customer Care is great too everyone is getting better and better in unison and it makes flow of things go well. Love it here so far.
Cons
The break time/ after work time could be better. You get a lot of grumpy ppl from time to time so if you don’t have patience this is not or you. Having a personal phone line of contact and customers can’t leave you a voicemail.
