In the past I've applied several times to Medical Guardian with no interview but, I finally got the job! And let me tell you it was well worth the wait! These first couple months at Medical Guardian have been great! Working from home has been a very smooth transition, as management here is extremely helpful and supportive. Along with management, my peers are just as helpful, as my fellow night shift team members are there to help me and answer any questions I may have. Now, as far as the CRM software it is far from perfect but, perhaps that is because of my assigned laptop and/or its lack of bandwidth. That being said, as long as you are organized and come focused you are set up for success. Overall, I was extremely excited to start this position and I still bring that mindset to each and every shift. Oh and did I mention uncapped commission? MG is a great company, provided me with a great job, and has great management! Highly Recommend!!

CRM software tends to have some issues here and there but, IT is very responsive.
