Managers care want to help

Cons

Training isn’t sufficient enough. Policies don’t seem to care about the customers experience. Departments are siloed. We’re the ones taking the brunt of the angry customers. Monday’s are brutal

In this virtual environment we are doing our best to make sure all new hires are trained properly but we certainly will continue to work on this. Customer Service does often have a busy Monday, but the week then evens out. Please talk to HR if you have concerns.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working here so far. From day one, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. The onboarding process was very thorough, organized, and informative, which made starting the job feel much less overwhelming. Communication has been excellent, and any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly. My team is reliable and supportive, and it’s clear that the people here genuinely care about the work they do. That creates a positive atmosphere where everyone works well together. The office itself is also a nice environment to be in. It’s clean, modern, and a great place to work. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and I’ve felt supported from the beginning.
