Pros
This company has been more than expected, Good pay, great management. The management establishes a means of communication and they're always available to assist. The people are surprisingly very friendly and they don't have a problem voicing there appreciation for each other. Call volume allows for some time between calls so that's refreshing and we have a pretty calm and friendly client base which makes taking calls that much easier. I am happy with responsibilities of the job and will recommend Medical Guardian to all who seek employment with customer service.
Cons
Call volume is slightly higher on Saturday and Monday for my fancy but still manageable in comparison to other customer service jobs.
