      Pros

      I started during the COVID crisis and was concerned how that would affect my onboarding process. However, it was extremely easy to set up working from home because of my manager and the HR department. Additionally, my coworkers and managers are not only brilliant people, but they are also genuinely kind and have been so helpful as I learn more about clinical trial data management. This was the new type of opportunity in the Life Science industry that I have been looking for and I'm excited to continue working for this company.

      Cons

      There are a lot of e-learnings, more than my previous experiences, but they are useful once you begin tasks for your role.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
