Pros
The potential commission earnings were great, but that changed recently.
Cons
Micromanagement, unprofessional environment & management, nepotism, lack of communication between departments, HR is only there to discipline employees. They will try to lure you in with a small base salary and the promise of making large commisions, but it's not true. High turnover rate, vacation days are only given after 1 year, poor health benefits, RRSPs are matched (small amount) only after 2 years of employment, clocking in and out throughout the day is mandatory, the only employee retention program that was putting in place was birthday cake once a month for the employees celebrating that month. No raise in base salary since my start date.
