I am not writing this review as an angry person or one that wants to hurt a company, but know that I have experienced and tolerated this
HARSH working environment for more time than I should have and want to WARN YOU to think twice before excepting a position.
In all my years working for amazing companies this one does not even come close to core values that a company should have. THERE IS NO Team Work! NO Integrity! owned by a mom and pop who's head is buried in the sand.
This all stems from the so called leadership and I use the word leadership loosely, as it is a GIANT JOKE! There are a few good managers, but they cannot speak up, as certain individuals will not permit that . Some do not see beyond their nose. Some have no skills to be a manager and or lead a team.
Projects and timelines are given, only to have the direction change two weeks in, because someone's mind had changed again for the 20th time and only blames the team when it is not done correctly. It is very rare to be congratulated, but you will for sure see something pointed out that was wrong (because of their poor instructions)! You are set up for failure and no one to show you what and or how things should be done to help you to succeed.
Advice to the wise - go someone where else. Go where you will be appreciated and go where you will learn from your leaders, Go to a company that has values that they actually teach and will do themselves. Go where you will enjoy going to work, where you will find growth, instead of having the worry of "what is going to happen today".
