Team members are about the only thing that make people stay.
Cons
Everything else. Management treats you terribly. Promise of growth within the company, but absolutely no opportunity. Rather than promote within for higher positions, people with zero pharma experience are hired. HR is there to only strictly enforce policies, no focus is put on the wellbeing of the employees. The competency of upper management is as little as the pay they give you. Ways to improve work procedures are met with walls, its nearly impossible to accomplish a project without the turnover of half the team by the end of it. If you've been there for 2 years you're considered senior, average time for sales and most employees is a year.
