-Gave three weeks vacation, but removed 1 week of sick days. -Unfair salary evaluations. Everyone gets 2% raises (highest rating to lowest rating) unless you get a promotion in the last 2 years and then no raise is given for salary evaluations. -Won't do employee appreciation activities unless budget is countered by fund-raising from employees. This is a max budget of 15$ per employee/3months. -Penny counting - get emails about not using too many office supplies, employee appreciation is only pizza or costco cakes, only want to implement changes that are cost free, not willing to pay for things that will benefit the company long term, low salaries and few benefits. -Cameras watch your every move in every part of the office -A lot of nepotism and family members in management who are unfairly promoted over more qualified employees. -Company policy to not give employees recommendations even if you were a dedicated and hard working employee.
