IT Dept - Network Engineer Members 1st Employee Review

Managers couldn't manage without HR overseeing everything. It was a nightmare. People in the IT dept don't get along and talk behind each others back and work with HR to get them fired. I was told by my boss to slow down and save some work for the others. I tried to advance my position and I was almost literally jumped on by others out of jealousy. There were a lot people just happy to sit and do next to nothing. So much wasted money on equipment and moving people around. I saw other departments waste more money on toys than I made in a year. It's non-profit gone a muck. Really sad how they waste their members money.
