      Pros

      New employee on-boarding is amazing. We were able to meet the CEO our first day and he was very friendly. Also they have an awesome training program. I felt confident on my first day.

      Cons

      At my time of employment I wish they had a matching 401k program. That might have changed since I haven’t been there in a couple years.

      Pros

      Amazing community and family feel. Lots of promotion form within. Growth opportunities. Tuition help.

      Cons

      They focus hard to make sure people are never laid off, so HR is careful about how many people they hire, which is great, but also not great when your team needs more people but you can't get anymore people. Some people get away with doing the bare minimum yet still get promotions and praise.

      Pay is horrible, price of living goes up but if you are at the top of your scale you don’t get raises
