Pros

Hard to name any, they will hire you no matter what... basically

Cons

NO pto, NO sick time, NO sense of belonging, POOR management which always seems to be changing, TERRIBLE training, Many "soft" holidays you are expected to work, DONT CALL OUT they will make you feel bad, they train you for about a month with other training classesthey throw you in to "sell" even if you do sell members do not want to be retained as it is hard to pay their indirect car loan with M1st, you have to have an account with them to get paid or get a paper check which obviously is not worth it, I would never recommend M1st to any friend or family member, they only stay afloat because of their indirect car loans, which many quickly refinance after 1-2 months with M1st. Many issues with internet banking that you trouble shoot basically all day. If I could have never worked here I would have never worked here.

Pros

Amazing community and family feel. Lots of promotion form within. Growth opportunities. Tuition help.

Cons

They focus hard to make sure people are never laid off, so HR is careful about how many people they hire, which is great, but also not great when your team needs more people but you can't get anymore people. Some people get away with doing the bare minimum yet still get promotions and praise.

Hours, insurance, holiday time off

Cons

Pay is horrible, price of living goes up but if you are at the top of your scale you don’t get raises
