      Pros

      They have really worked on having a family atmosphere. They do try to make their employees happy.

      Cons

      They won't allow employees that were remote during pandemic remain remote even though there was no issues during remote work. They built a new building and want to keep it filled up.

      Pros

      Amazing community and family feel. Lots of promotion form within. Growth opportunities. Tuition help.

      Cons

      They focus hard to make sure people are never laid off, so HR is careful about how many people they hire, which is great, but also not great when your team needs more people but you can't get anymore people. Some people get away with doing the bare minimum yet still get promotions and praise.

      Pay is horrible, price of living goes up but if you are at the top of your scale you don’t get raises
