      Pay was pretty competitive Health benefits are okay

      Cons

      The management team was terrible. Only could get promoted if you were a buddy of the boss. Management was catty and super gossipy. This wasn’t just my department- this was all back office departments. They had no concept that we all have lives outside of work and we’re not accommodating even if you had a death in the family.

      Pros

      Amazing community and family feel. Lots of promotion form within. Growth opportunities. Tuition help.

      Cons

      They focus hard to make sure people are never laid off, so HR is careful about how many people they hire, which is great, but also not great when your team needs more people but you can't get anymore people. Some people get away with doing the bare minimum yet still get promotions and praise.

      Pay is horrible, price of living goes up but if you are at the top of your scale you don’t get raises
