      Pros

      Nice new headquarter building, pay is competitive with great 401k match. CEO grants bonuses here and there which is great.

      Cons

      Remote employees are not being watched and are goofing off on company time with no consequence. Employees are disposable to management. They promote hiring within, but never provide additional training to get you to the next level. Record breaking numbers within last two years, and they threw logo-branded clothing at us and free mugs.

      Pros

      Amazing community and family feel. Lots of promotion form within. Growth opportunities. Tuition help.

      Cons

      They focus hard to make sure people are never laid off, so HR is careful about how many people they hire, which is great, but also not great when your team needs more people but you can't get anymore people. Some people get away with doing the bare minimum yet still get promotions and praise.

      Pay is horrible, price of living goes up but if you are at the top of your scale you don’t get raises
