Pros

Nice work/life balance, good pay, incentives, bonuses

Cons

When I was there all that mattered were the numbers, not the quality of calls. Also had a ranking system where people would would be in top of the list for being in adherence when the way people got there was not taking breaks and entering fake referrals just so that one could be the top of the list to get the highest incentive payout. Management knew this was happening but did nothing to change or stop it from happening.

Pros

Amazing community and family feel. Lots of promotion form within. Growth opportunities. Tuition help.

Cons

They focus hard to make sure people are never laid off, so HR is careful about how many people they hire, which is great, but also not great when your team needs more people but you can't get anymore people. Some people get away with doing the bare minimum yet still get promotions and praise.

Cons

Pay is horrible, price of living goes up but if you are at the top of your scale you don’t get raises
