      Pros

      Great company, efficient and fun to work for. Majority of staff is great, really do everything possible to attempt to meet members needs.

      Cons

      Pay discrepancy between assistant manager and branch manager is large, even though assistant are equally as responsible. many of the branch managers are over compensated and overly entitled (think the branch evolves around them).

      Pros

      Amazing community and family feel. Lots of promotion form within. Growth opportunities. Tuition help.

      Cons

      They focus hard to make sure people are never laid off, so HR is careful about how many people they hire, which is great, but also not great when your team needs more people but you can't get anymore people. Some people get away with doing the bare minimum yet still get promotions and praise.

      Hours, insurance, holiday time off

      Pay is horrible, price of living goes up but if you are at the top of your scale you don’t get raises
