- Doctors are nice, mostly easy to work with, and will have your back typically

Cons

- pay - extremely toxic management in the interventional labs/cardiac services - hostile work environment created by management - expected to do things out of your scope - patient safety - Locum physicians - lots of on call with no incentive required due to lack of staffing - empty promises made from management involving pay
