IT Going Downhill - Analyst Memorial Health University Medical Center Employee Review

Micromanaging to a point that it's comedic. They have systematically pushed out middle management and replaced with "consultants" that micromanage every detail - down to how to answer emails and who on the teams we can talk to. It makes completing projects virtually impossible. The Epic teams are a revolving door and management does not take any of the exit interview feedback to heart. Pay is lower end of the scale and the company has a weird way of accumulating PTO. Some holidays are included, some are "recommended" as days off but require you to take your own PTO for them.
