      Pros

      Pay isn't bad but the level of work continues to grow all the time. There are a lot of wonderful people at this company and management is always easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Truck coordinators seem to always have the most work. Every other department wants them to do their jobs for them. Also the drivers like to place a lot of the blame for issues on the coordinators

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
